30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at kagaasc@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request – Order #XXXX”.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged/defective

We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will send a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours after purchase.
After this, the order is already processing and cannot be altered.
